#4 of Wail of the Magpie series. In this painting the magpie is fading away, still there but becoming less important. It explores the necessity of breaking shells in order for our dreams to be let free, our goals to become reality.
Based on a poem by Australian poet, Mark Reid, it encourages us to be brave and walk on, even if the future is uncertain.
Three years after my life-changing accident, this painting is an important piece in gaining strength.
