This painting discusses our focus.
It is a conversation about why we choose to see what we see.
Whose news do we watch and let influence our lives? What is the window that we look through into the world?
What image do we give of ourselves to others? Is it really vanity to want to show a glimpse of light in an otherwise grey world? Or is it purity to see the one sunshine in darkness? What are my motives? Or the lack of them?
