I love having this beautiful painting of Hela’s sitting behind me as I work. I’ve lost track of the number of people on zoom calls who have admired it and asked where it came from. It brings me a warmth and feeling of connection to Nature, partly thanks to the rich yellows and oranges, and partly due to its texture.

Knowing Hela as I do, there is an assuredness and a reliability that is her, embodied in her paintings. It brings a great sense of familiarity and contentment to sit at my desk and feel the energy of the painting buoying me up in these strange times as I get to work. Thank you Hela.
